Essex Service is a provider of various types of stamping dies (progressive, form, blank, line, pierce, cam pierce and trim), CAD/CAM, heat treatment, weld fixtures, CNC, CMM, prototypes, welding and wire EDM.  We also specialize in prototypes, especially fuel tank straps, automotive stampings, damper brakets and appliance parts.  We can also rework the parts you supply and are ISO-9001:2000 REGISTERED.

We have been in business since 1966 and have a respected reputation for quality work delivered on time and at a very reasonable price.  We are are a well established, honest and hard working company that does what it takes to get the job done.  We pride ourselves on our customer service and satisfaction.

Where possible we can rework your existing parts to suit your customers needs until your tooling has been changed to reflect the new revision level.  Our customers have found this to be a very good cost saving measure.  Why scrap finished parts when in many cases all they need is to be modified.
